Dermatologist

I studied human medicine at the Medical University of Vienna. After graduating, I started my training as a general practitioner, for which I worked in various clinics in Lower Austria. Immediately afterwards I worked as an emergency doctor at the Red Cross and as an assistant doctor for general surgery at the Korneuburg State Hospital.

For training as a specialist in skin and venereal diseases the Wiener Neustadt State Hospital was my next destination. In addition to my specialist training, I did an internship in reflected light microscopy at the University Hospital Graz, a training rotation at the outpatient clinic for venereal diseases and HIV at the AKH Vienna and an observership for dermatohistopathology in Boston, USA. The topic of skin cancer prevention is so extremely important to me, which is why I completed a multi-year part-time master’s degree in dermatoscopy and preventive oncology at the Medical University of Graz. Additional training and internships are planned for pediatric dermatology and atopic dermatitis this year.

Since 2022 I have been working as a specialist in dermatology and venereology in the skin department at the Donaustadt Clinic in Vienna. In addition, I have been working at 'Medizin am Hauptbahnhof' since the beginning of 2023.

I am your contact person for all concerns of children and adults in the dermatological environment. My range of treatments includes biological therapies for psoriasis, neurodermatitis (atopic dermatitis), hives (urticaria) and acne inversa (hidradenitis suppurativa). My main focus, as you can already see from my additional training, is the early detection and aftercare of melanoma and white skin cancer.

I am happy to solve your aesthetic needs related to wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, age spots and general skin rejuvenation. I am familiar with all methods from laser, peeling to injections, and will work out the right treatment plan with you.

STDs and their prophylaxis are important to me. In addition to the diagnosis and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases such as syphilis, genital herpes, chlamydia, and annoying fungi, I also offer a dedicated PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis) consultation. If you book this PrEP consultation through our online booking or at our reception, you will receive a referral to laboratory test in advance, which is absolutely necessary for the prescription of PrEP.
