Deviskan Body Scanner
The Deviskan system in Vienna represents a new generation of digital mole screening and skin cancer prevention. At our dermatology practice in Vienna, we use high-resolution total body mapping to systematically capture and digitally document the entire skin surface, creating a detailed baseline for future skin cancer screenings.
Unlike conventional mole screening methods, Deviskan does not focus solely on individual suspicious moles. The system combines total body mapping with automated digital dermoscopy, allowing nearly all visible moles to be documented in dermoscopic quality. This provides our dermatologists in Vienna with a comprehensive overview of the skin and enables precise long-term monitoring.
With the support of artificial intelligence (AI), moles are automatically detected and compared with previous images during follow-up examinations. This helps identify new moles and subtle changes in existing skin lesions at an early stage and supports the dermatologist in assessing potentially suspicious changes.
AI enhances digital skin cancer screening and mole monitoring, but it does not replace medical expertise. All findings are carefully evaluated by our experienced dermatologists, who make the final diagnosis and determine whether further examination or treatment is necessary.
By combining total body mapping, automated digital dermoscopy and AI-assisted monitoring, Deviskan provides a comprehensive approach to mole screening in Vienna, skin cancer screening in Vienna and early melanoma detection. Erbium Dermablate (MCL31)
The erbium laser (MCL31 Dermabalate) treats wrinkles, acne scars, crow's feet, cholesterol deposits (xanthelasma) and other unsightly skin alterations. With the laser, detailed work is guaranteed during skin ablation and rejuvenation. An elegant alternative to conventional dermabrasion, which mechanically scrapes tissue; or electrocautery, which burns tissue.
Duoglide
The DUOGlide incorporates two laser systems in a single device. On one hand, the device includes the classic CO2 laser, which plays a crucial role in surgery for the removal of skin changes. The heat generated by this laser leads to immediate hemostasis (stopping of bleeding). Another application area is fractional treatment, particularly in scar treatments and skin renewal. The small holes made in the skin, in conjunction with the heat generated, contribute to collagen formation, tightening, and improvement in skin texture.
The second wavelength, a wavelength of 1,540 nm (Er:Glass), differs from the CO2 laser as it is non-ablative, meaning it does not remove skin tissue. Instead, it heats the skin at a deeper level, stimulating collagen and achieving high effectiveness. At 1,540 nm, there is no skin opening, crust formation, or downtime. The two wavelengths can be used separately, and for optimal results, both are often employed, depending on the specific requirements.
QuadroStarPROYELLOW
Thanks to its yellow wavelength of 577 nm, the QuadroStarPROYELLOW is the gold standard for vascular treatments such as rosacea, couperose, telangiectasia, spider naevi, cherry angiomas, port-wine stains and spider veins. It enables fast, effective, and safe treatment with reduced side effects. Compared to conventional KTP (532 nm) this laser offers a more targeted impact on the vessels and therefore fewer side effects. Even darker skin types can be effectively treated with the laser.
AgainPro by DEKA
The AgainPro works with wavelengths that are considered the gold standard in dermatology and aesthetic medicine. A state-of-the-art device with two laser wavelengths, 755 nm and 1064 nm, the protected combi technology offers single or combined wavelength functionality. This combination is currently the gold standard for hair removal, dermatological vascular lesions, and skin rejuvenation treatments. Nail fungus can also be treated with this laser.
Discovery Picolaser by Quanta Systems
The Quanta Discovery Pico is a medical laser with wavelengths of 1064nm, 694nm
and 532nm used for tattoo removal. With this, the laser is able to to remove in all color tattoos.
The Quanta Discovery Pico uses the latest picosecond laser technology, which allows
to destroy the pigments in the skin with high precision and efficiency.
Furthermore, the Quanta Discovery Pico can also be used to treat pigment spots and
age spots but also for skin tightening and skin rejuvenation by stimulating the
collagen production are used.
Overall, the Quanta Discovery Pico provides a fast, safe, and effective method for
removal of tattoos and permanent make-up as well as treatment of pigment spots and
skin rejuvenation.
Accure
At our dermatology and laser center in Vienna, we offer the Accure® Laser as an innovative laser treatment for acne. The system uses a specialized 1726 nm wavelength designed to selectively target overactive sebaceous glands – one of the key factors involved in the development of acne.
An integrated thermal imaging camera continuously monitors skin temperature during treatment. Combined with controlled cooling, this Treat-to-Temperature technology enables precise delivery of laser energy to the sebaceous glands while protecting the surrounding skin.
The Accure® Laser provides a modern, non-systemic treatment option for inflammatory acne and acne vulgaris. At our dermatology clinic in Vienna, Accure treatment is tailored to your skin type and the severity of your acne and can be incorporated into an individualized dermatological acne treatment plan.
lAight® therapy
lAight® is a gentle, non-invasive treatment for acne inversa, acute abscesses and acne vulgaris that uses a combination of light and radio frequency. A wide spectrum of light with different wavelengths is used (no UV-A and UV-B radiation). lAight® therapy was specially developed by LENICURA for the treatment of all degrees of severity of acne inversa in Germany but can also be used for acute abscesses and acne. HydraFacialTM
HydraFacial is a device and treatment method from Hollywood. It is a non-invasive measure against wrinkles, clogged and enlarged pores, oily skin, acne, and hyperpigmentation. The focus is a deep-pore skin cleansing that regenerates the skin resulting in a radiant complexion. To achieve this end result, four different steps are carried out with the device. The Vortex technology uses fruit acid and antioxidants to remove dead skin cells and dirt like a mini vacuum cleaner. Immediately after the treatment, your skin looks pure and radiantly beautiful. These treatments are carried out by our team of beauticians.
